Theories are foundational to our work; they silently shape how we interact with and serve our clients. Theories and models can assist with case conceptualization, developing customized interventions, and evaluating results. This webinar will provide a theoretical refresher covering 10 key concepts in career theory beginning with “test and tell” approaches and concluding with more dynamitic, holistic frameworks.
Through a refreshing look at theories, Career Development Practitioners can make strategic choices about which approaches would be most effective with the client group(s) they serve.
